Foreo Luna fofo Review | 2018

I’m sure you’ve seen it on Instagram and in your favorite YouTuber’s vlogs.

Foreo. It’s everywhere, and it was in my FabFitFun Summer Box in June. I waited a while before taking the time to use it, but it has been such a treat since.

Why It Rocks

The Luna fofo has sensors on the back that connect to the accompanying app and analyze your skin. Since I tend to have dry skin, it focuses on dryness levels and tells me how aged my skin is in comparison to my actual age.

skin analysisEven though I was skeptical at first, I was blown away by how well it cleans the skin. I’ve used two types of cleansers with it, and each time the Luna fofo has left my skin feeling so clean and smooth. It must exfoliate as it cleanses.

After the Luna fofo analyzes your skin, it maps out a plan of action and tells you for how long you should use it and on which part of the face.

The Pain Points

The only points of confusion for me are regarding how often to analyze my skin and if I need to connect the Luna fofo to the app every time I use it. Via the app, it appears that I would need to, but most mornings I just want to wash my face and get going.

That is possible, but the app tracks how many times a day you wash your face (with a little sad face right next to the number). If you’re not connecting to app with every usage, then it’s not properly tracking and the little sad face of shame is always there.

Final Thoughts

When it comes down to what the Foreo Luna is meant to do, it does a great a job. My face has felt so flawless since I started using it. If you’re interested in trying it, I have included a link here. For more of my favorites, check out my Amazon shop.

Have you tried the Foreo products? What were your thoughts?

Best,
