Sleep Is Ruining Your Gains

Something I’ve noticed in my adult and not-so-adult life is that people tend to be operating on a very small amount of sleep. Not only can this negatively impact your day-to-day activity, but it can seriously mess up those gains your trying to see at the gym. What’s the point of going beast mode at the gym if you’re not going give your body the time it needs to heal? Not to mention that consistent lack of sleep can lead to some serious health consequences.
