I finally used my @mytagalongs sliders in a workout, and I'm so happy I bought them. I incorporated them into a leg day, and they definitely upped the challenge on those lunges. I typically don't like lunges because they're hard on my knees, but I didn't feel that way at all with the sliders. They did, however, challenge me to further stabilize myself throughout the entire movement. What you don't see in this video is me losing my balance repeatedly before I found a good rhythm.
