There's a huge fitness update in my latest video. Well... It's huge to me. 🤗 This is a sneak peak. Link to fill vid is in my bio. Getting a trainer might not seem like the biggest of deals to most people, but being able to ask for help can be difficult especially when you've been successful at a given task before. However, reaching out to @stormstorm3 has been one of the best decisions I've made this year. (I know it's only March, but I'm starting my year of strong.) Since working with her, I've lost half an inch from my waist and hips, and I can see more definition in my thighs. I'm looking forward to the rest of my progress. #tbt to that time I finally made it out to the east coast. I went for an immersion weekend at Syracuse University. I'm doing an online master's program, and they require two immersions. I chose my first one to be on campus since I had never been to that part of the country and I wanted to see the uni I was attending. The Newhouse building was very beautiful, lol. (That's where I spent most of my weekend- in class.) It might have only been October, but this LA native was freezing!
