Being in a fitness rut can feel horrible and demotivating. I have been in one for quite some time, but I am happy to say that I made such a great decision in working with the amazing Stormi Knight. I have been working with her for about a month now, and I have decided to share one of our PT sessions. This is a lower body workout focusing on hip abduction and glute activation.

I know what you mean. I got into the habit of going but not pushing myself and not paying too much attention to my food. Getting a trainer has pushed me and kept me accountable.
