Upper body workout! Come to the gym with me, and get a look at the type of workout I’ve been doing lately. This is a quick upper body workout. I was in the gym for about 30 to 45 minutes, and I topped it off with a 100 calorie row. It’s a great workout if you’re strapped for time.
Upper body workouts are practically the bane of my existence. I definitely lack in both definition and strength in this area, but it makes seeing progress that much sweeter. Those dips, though, yeah, they’re a REAL struggle.
