This is my everyday flexibility routine. I am very much the beginner, and I have some old injuries that make it extra difficult to get super bendy, but it’s not impossible! I do this routine at least three times a week. Regular stretching helps with soreness post-workout, and if you practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or any martial art really, then flexibility is key to upping your game. Also, with any old injuries, especially back injuries, stretching is a great way to rehabilitate them.
