How To Create a Mindful Home

Recently, I just let go of almost all of my routines. The routines that keep me sane, healthy, and organized. I was so tired, so drained, and so over everything, that I would get home, eat dinner, and crash. I quickly got over this, though. It wasn’t healthy. It didn’t feel good, and it taught that in these hectic times, it’s even more important to maintain the routines that keep you grounded and mindful.
