I’ve made the decision to not touch my laptop on most days, especially because I sit in front of one the whole day. Thanks for the podcast recommendation too.     1. I’m glad you enjoyed the video and blog. Podcasts have been amazing to discover and listen to. You can pretty much find a podcast on anything. I primarily listen to podcasts regarding wellness, health, and MMA.
