My Vegan Hot Chocolate Recipe


Hello, Lovelies.

As part of my wellness journey, I have focused on minimizing the amount of dairy that I consume. Given that, I’ve experimented with vegan hot chocolate recipes for the last couple of years. I have decided to share that progress with all of you.

For 1 serving of this recipe you’ll need: in-the-pot

1 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk

½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder

Cinnamon to taste (optional)

Coconut palm sugar to taste (or other sweetener of choice)

Set the stove to a medium heat, and pour in the almond milk. Let it heat up a bit then add the rest of the ingredients. I’ve discovered that stirring it with a whisk makes the hot-chocolateingredients mix together more effectively. Keep stirring until it is fully mixed and at a temperature of your liking. Then serve in a cute mug. 🙂
